Overview

Claivis ("we", "us", "our") operates dani.zone and all dani applications. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

Information We Collect

• Account information: Email address, name, and authentication provider (Apple, Google) when you create an account.
• Payment information: Processed securely by Stripe. We never store your card details.
• Usage analytics: Anonymous, aggregated page views via Plausible Analytics. No cookies, no personal data.

How We Use Your Data

• To provide and maintain our services
• To process subscriptions and payments
• To send transactional emails (receipts, password resets)
• To improve our apps based on anonymized analytics

Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored on Supabase (PostgreSQL) with row-level security policies. All data is encrypted at rest and in transit. Authentication tokens are stored as httpOnly cookies.

You have the right to:

• Access your personal data
• Export your data in a portable format
• Request deletion of your account and data
• Opt out of marketing communications

Google User Data

When you sign in with Google we receive your email address, name, and profile picture. If you use the Google Photos picker in dani.go, we receive only the specific photos you select — never your full library.

Parties with whom we share, transfer, or disclose Google user data:

• Supabase — our database, authentication and file storage provider, acting as our data processor on our behalf and under contract. Google user data is stored here so it is available to you across your devices.
• Cloudflare — our hosting and CDN provider. Google user data transits their network in encrypted form so our application can be served to you.
• Law enforcement or regulators — only where we are legally required to disclose.

We share, transfer, or disclose Google user data to no one else. We never sell Google user data, never transfer it to advertisers or data brokers, never use it for advertising or marketing, and never use it to train AI or machine learning models.

dani's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
